Two OPTI’S 1.1 sorters already assembled and available in stock

Following the announcement this summer of the first sorters assembled in France, we are proud to take a new step forward: two OPTI’S 1.1 sorters, single chute models, have now been fully assembled in our workshop and are immediately available in stock.

One of these sorters was used as a sample to carry out various electrotechnical and technical tests as part of our CE certification process, which it successfully passed ✅.
The second unit will now serve as our demonstration machine, installed in the workshop to process samples brought by future clients and showcase the performance of our equipment in real conditions.

A major advantage of these sorters is their reduced height of only 1.6 m, making them particularly suitable for space-constrained facilities such as mills, flour plants, laboratories, etc.

👉 With these units already in stock, we can meet initial demands without delay, while guaranteeing the quality and reliability that have built the reputation of our sorters.

France Indus Tri confirms its ambition: to provide optical sorters assembled in France, combining proximity, responsiveness, and technical expertise.

France Indus Tri obtains the Certificate of Conformity for its OPTI’S sorters

A decisive milestone has been reached: our OPTI’S sorters, available in models from 1 to 8 chutes, have obtained their Certificate of Conformity.

This certification confirms that our machines meet the strictest requirements in terms of safety, performance, and reliability. It is an essential condition for their commercialization and distribution across the European market.

This success is the result of close cooperation with an accredited certification laboratory and with our dedicated colleagues involved throughout the process. Over the course of three months, we prepared a comprehensive and complex technical file including analyses, validations, and regulatory justifications, in addition to the numerous electrotechnical and technical tests carried out on our machines.

👉 With this certification, France Indus Tri can now offer its optical sorting solutions assembled in France, while guaranteeing clients full compliance with European standards.

With OPTI’S, from 1 to 8 chutes, we reaffirm our ambition: to become a leading player in industrial sorting technology in Europe
